Do I have to make a long-term commitment?

No. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time, and still get access to our online library through the remainder of their billing period.

Do you offer a certification or degree program?

Sozoroo offers a certification, but not a degree program. We are an online resource for individuals who want to learn the ins-and-outs of all aspects of Manga & Anime production, and we offer unprecedented access to industry professionals who show you in detail how they do what they do.

Do you offer financial aid?

We do not currently offer financial aid.

What is the appropriate age for viewing the Sozoroo Courses?

Our courses span a wide range of techniques and are geared to varying levels of maturity and skill sets. We feel that even our most basic courses would probably require at least a 7th Grade (13-year-old) level of comprehension. If you are a parent with concerns about appropriate language and imagery (realistic depictions of gore, occasional adult language), it might be best to review specific courses before sharing them with your younger children.

Can I make purchases by phone?

We do not accept payments by phone. All transactions must be made ONLINE.

How do you handle purchases by international students?

Sozoroo lists ALL prices in US Dollars. Should you make a credit purchase, your credit card company will automatically convert the amount based on current exchange rates.

What’s your Refund Policy?

All Sozoroo subscriptions are enrolled in auto-renewal by default. Depending on how you signed up for your subscription, you might take different steps to cancel the auto-renewal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, be sure to cancel before the renewal takes place.
Under the terms of our Refund Policy, subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are offered for partially used subscriptions.
